💰 How Your Balance Works

Your balance is a prepaid operating fund — it's not a loan, and we don't extend credit.

Product orders are paid from your balance at the factory price we negotiate for you.

Shipping fees are charged at actual cost — carrier rate at time of dispatch.

Service operation fees (QC inspection, labeling, packing, bundling) are charged per batch.

You receive an itemised statement for every deduction. Full transparency, always.

Your manager will alert you before your balance runs low — we never let orders fail silently.
📈 Exchange Rate Policy

All top-ups are converted at the real-time interbank rate at the moment of transfer receipt.

We do not add a markup or spread to the exchange rate. What the market shows, you get.

Your balance is held and tracked in USD. All deductions are shown in both USD and CNY.

If you top up in GBP, EUR, or AUD, conversion happens at the rate at time of receipt.

For large top-ups ($5,000+), your manager can advise on optimal timing based on current rates.

Membership fees are charged in advance and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.
If you cancel mid-period, your membership remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
Downgrading plans takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
